Summer staff is required to work 4 out of the 9 terms in the summer + attend the mandatory staff training week held May 19-27 at Beloved and Beyond.

SUMMER STAFF ROLES:
PROGRAM STAFF
In addition to leading activities Program Staff typically resides in camper cabins each term and are expected to assist all camper care and other cabin needs and support as needed.
Activity Leading
Summer staff who facilitate our daily activities: Costume Closet, Arts & Crafts, Fishing/Canoes, Silent Disco, Pool, Zip Line, Horses, and Giant Swing!
Ropes Course Facilitator
Facilitate and guide our campers safely on the Zip line and Giant Swing during activities.
Lifeguard
Guard the waters safely at most of our campers favorite daily activity!
Horse Wrangler
Feed, tack, and facilitate the horses activity for our camper cabins.
CABIN STAFF
These roles on staff lead others spiritually, relationally, and physically per Term of camp. These positions look like being coaches, encouragers, friends, and advocates for our amazing volunteers, campers, and Beyonders.
BE Krew Leader
These leaders oversee our middle school “work crew” (ages 13–15). They empower students to serve and lead in the kitchen.
Cabin Leader
Co-lead a cabin of 7 campers and their 1:1 buddies. Provide Camper Care, lead daily Devotionals, and go to daily activities.
Sibling Camper Leader
Co-lead a cabin of our camper’s siblings through camp activities.
Beyond Team Leader
These staffers disciple, mentor, and teach our adult participants with disabilities as they serve at camp.
SPECIALTY STAFF
Clinic Staff
Staffers work with the professionals on the clinic team (and on-call doctor) to effectively treat medical needs.
Maintenance Team
This position works with their hands, mows, fixes things, and makes camp beautiful.
Kitchen Krew
Staffers help prepare meals for our incredible campers, staff, and volunteers throughout their Term of camp.
Media Team
Staffers take pictures and video to capture the Term for families to enjoy forever.
