CABIN STAFF
BE Krew Leader
These leaders oversee our group of the middle school age “work crew”. They serve as a liaison between camp and the kitchen and joyfully embrace all that comes with being 13-15 years old. They empower them to serve and lead them through learning what service really means while also aiding their spiritual development in nightly devos, this role also encourages our Be Krew team in making service fun and planning special “BE Krew-only” activities.
Cabin Leader
Cabin leading in this role consists of co-leading a cabin of 7 campers and their 1:1 buddies. This role includes: being an example, advocate, safe place, and friend to your Co Cabin Leader, volunteers, and special campers within your cabin. Serve as the hands and feet of Christ by tending to Camper Care, spiritually and relationally lead Camper and Volunteer Devotionals on a daily basis, and leading your cabin to daily activities.
Staff Kids Leader
We will have several terms in the summer where we will have staff members’ or volunteers’ kids that will need a buddy/leader to spend time with them, do camp activities with, and go on special adventures with.
Beyond Team Leader
These are the leaders of our adult participant program who disciple, mentor, train, and coach the participants (adults with special needs) in being on the service side of camp. They lead devos, have intentional conversations, facilitate both working times and down times, and plan “beyond-team only” activities.
SPECIALTY STAFF
Clinic Staff
Our medical team is one of the main reasons camp is possible to run. These positions involve organization of medications, administration schedules, and other need based services. They treat all with kindness and work together with the professionals on the clinic team (and on-call doctor) to most wisely and effectively treat whatever ailments they are presented with.
Maintenance Team
Like to work with your hands, mow, fix things, and make camp beautiful?! Help keep camp running behind the scenes through our maintenance / facilities needs! Join our summer staff and apply to work on our maintenance team!
Kitchen Krew
Meal times are a must at camp! Our Kitchen Krew helps prepare meals for our incredible campers, staff, and volunteers throughout their Term of camp. With over 200 people at camp per week, we need staff with hearts and hands willing to serve in this important capacity. Get your playlist ready cause the kitchen is known for jammin’!
Media Team
Show everyone what God is doing at and through camp by sharing the camp experience through photos and videos- this part of camp speaks volumes to our campers and their families as it visually and verbally explains what all the Lord did throughout the week. We need staff to help make this possible!
